Hair Club for Men, operating franchise stores in Amarillo, Austin and San Antonio, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Nevada and San Diego, California.

Buffalo’s Franchise Concepts, Inc., he and his partner, Shelli Lang, purchased all of the outstanding capital stock of Buffalo’s (Georgia). Mr. Alexander resides in Amarillo, Texas

From 1995 to 2002, Ms. Lang served as Vice President and Director of Operations of Hirsute Corporation d/b/a Hair Club for Men, operating 7 franchise stores in Amarillo, Austin and San Antonio, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Nevada and San Diego, California. She is also President and a partner in A-American Discount Towing, Inc., a Nevada corporation. In 2002, Ms. Lang became Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Works4Me, Inc., the owner of Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe franchise stores in Las Vegas and Mesquite, Nevada and in December 2006 through Buffalo’s Franchise Concepts, Inc., she and her partner, Drew Alexander, purchased all of the outstanding capital stock of Buffalo’s (Georgia). Ms. Lang resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Vice President of Franchise Business
Kevin Kingery has been Vice President of Franchise Business of Buffalo’s (Georgia) since January 31, 2004. He served as its Vice President of New Restaurant Development from August, 2001 to January 31, 2004. From March, 1990 to April, 1991, he was Director of Training; from April, 1991 to May, 1996, he was Director of Franchise Operations and from May 1996 to August 2001, he was Vice President of Training and Development. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Kingery was the Operating Partner of the Brickworks Restaurant in Marietta, Georgia and from 1976 to 1983 he held the position of Regional Food & Beverage Director for T.G.I. Friday's. A native of Tampa, Florida, he currently resides in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Corporate Executive Chef
Shaun Curtis was named Corporate Executive Chef for Buffalo's (Georgia)’s restaurants in March 2002. Mr. Curtis will oversee menu research and development as well as refine recipes and procedures for all of our food-related operations. Mr. Curtis was a consultant with Buffalo’s (Georgia) from January 2002 through March 2002. Mr. Curtis was formerly the chef de cuisine for the popular Fratelli Di Napoli restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia from May 2001 through May 2002. He also held positions which included head chef for Rose and Crown from October 2000 through May 2001, pastry chef for Deux Plex Bistro from March 2000 through October 2000 and sous chef for O'Shaughnessy's restaurant from March 1996 through March 2000. Mr. Curtis attended the School of Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Atlanta where he graduated with honors. Mr. Curtis also studied small business management at Kennesaw State University. Among Mr. Curtis' culinary honors, he won first place and best of show for the Art Institute's restaurant design and development course, and he collaborated on a pastry project that received a gold medal in the 2000 Sysco Food Salon. Mr. Curtis was recently featured in the Atlanta Magazine's 2002 Menu Guide.

Director of Franchise Development
Teri Teague has been Buffalo’s (Georgia) Director of Franchise Development since January 31, 2004. Ms. Teague is responsible for overseeing all of our franchise marketing, recruitment and development activity. Ms. Teague joined Buffalo’s (Georgia)’s in 1996, assisting that company with franchise development as well as with special projects and served as Franchise Administrator from August 2001 to January 31, 2004. Ms. Teague is a native and current resident of Powder Springs, Georgia

Controller
As controller, Smith manages and controls all accounting functions. Smith
has held a variety of accounting positions during his career, including
controller positions with DICUT Inc., Foodvision.com Inc., Medical Packaging
Technologies Inc., ERTH Group Inc., Fruehauf Corporation and Georgia Highway
Contractors Inc. He was also finance and credit manager for Woodruff
Robinson Co. Smith received a bachelor’s of science and business administration degree,
with an emphasis in accounting, from Columbus State University in Columbus,
Ga. He lives in Roswell, Ga.

Director of Training
Jeffrey Tickle, Director of Training, joined BFCI in January 2006. Prior to joining BFCI Mr. Tickle was a general manager with Grady.s American Grill in Mishawaka, Indiana from 1994-2005. From 1993-1994 Jeffrey was co-owner and general manager for Nichelini.s in Atlanta, Georgia. From 1990-1993 Mr. Tickle served as the food and beverage manager for The Sporting Club At Windy Hill in Atlanta, Georgia. From 1989-1990 Jeffrey was kitchen manager at Whisker.s Tavern in Dunwoody, Georgia and from 1988-1990 was a sous chef for the Polo Fields and Brookfield West Country Club in Roswell, Georgia.
